"Have used Precision Roller for years. WILL NOT use anymore.
They have a product listed on their website Lexmark 50F0ZA0. They show the item, display the item and price it accordingly to that product number.
I place an order for 4 of them. The product arrives and IS NOT a 50F0ZA0 it is a 50F0Z00. When I initiate a chat session with them, I am told they order in the latter number because they are the same. They refuse to pay return shipping for the bait and switch tactics, stating because I ordered them through the website????? I know they are the same except, the ZA is priced as a " no return" the Z00 has a label included to return.
My customer specifically wants th ZA! I can purchase the Z00 for $45. Why in the world would I want to pay an extra high price for an item I did not want??
They are "Celebrating" 50 years in business. Keep treating long term customers this way and they won't have anymore milestone celebrations."
"I order in May replacement cartridges for my HP Color Laser jet Pro M479fdw when the system told me I was low on toner. Received a package of genuine HP products but I failed to verify that the items I received would fit my printer and I discarded the overpack on the shipment. This past month I finally ran out of ink on the printer and went to replace the cartridges and they did not fit (I was shipped 410a cartridges instead of 414a cartridges which would fit my printer). I contacted Precision Roller and was told that I was SOL since they claim not to carry 410a cartridges and could not provide the shipping over pack to them I had to eat the $560 that I paid them. The 401a set now sells for 408.99 vs the 414a for 414.96. "
"I have been ordering supplies from Precision Roller for a little over two years now and I have been very satisfied with the products and service. I always am ordering over $75 so I get free shipping! It is slower then I would like but I am so used to 2-day shipping that anything longer then that feels like an eternity. I have paid to have faster shipping for rush items and there has never had an issue with that. I did one time receive a product broken, I was able to call and talk to a person about my issue and they sent me a new one. That is no fault to them, I realize shipping something fragile across the country can sometimes damage an item. All my interactions have been very professional, all products have been what was advertised and I would encourage anyone to give this company a try if they were searching for printer supplies. Oh! I will also add that if you are on their email list you will occasionally get a coupon code sent to you and who doesn't enjoy a good coupon? It has helped me out when placing my large orders!"
"They are very slow. It takes forever to get some parts from them. Every time, shipment is a delay. Very disappointed customer. I am not sure how they are still in the business."
"They sent an initial shipping that never arrived. Then they sent another one. Twice we had to change a stapler part due to jammed staples from a new staple roll. Trying to figure it out, we just realized they sent a box containing 2 used and damaged staple rolls.

"I ordered a new fuser unit for my printer. Once installed by us, the printer gave us an error message. I took the printer to a reputable local repair shop. They determined that the fuser unit was faulty, and suggested I call the company from which it came. I contacted Precision Roller, spoke with a technician and told him the issue, and they sent another unit, free of charge and shipping. Once installed, my printer was repaired. This company is awesome. They listened to the problem I had with the part I ordered, and made it right. I will definitely order from them again!!! Thank-you!!!"

"The replacement toners are sold at affordable prices but every 'one' out of 'five' or so will always print badly. At first we used to send the bad toners back but then after a few years learned to accept that one out of five will just be bad and live with it.
I would also like to see a program from precision where we could send back used toners. We aren't asking for credit on them but rather just to be able to send the used ones back so they can be cleaned and used again. The city charges us for disposing of them so even sending them back to precision to be cleaned and reused would be better than having to pay the city to dispose of them.

"Received my toner order in the amount of time they told me, but the toner was supposed to be 36K page yield and it was all gone in less than 30 days, running just 6300 copies. I realize this was a compatible toner and I know the page yield is based on 5% but we got barely 20% of the copies we normally get from another supplier who ALSO sells compatibles. Never have we had a toner run out so fast. Also, the black toner didn't seem REAL BLACK. It was a lighter black than we are used to. Guess I won't be ordering from them again."
