For example, I just bought a water pump and there was no information if the gasket was included or not.....same problem with the thermostat. I ordered extras to be safe and not waste time for a second order. Also, it would be nice if there are recommended parts that complement selected items. Another example, I selected a water pump and wish it showed the matching thermostat. I had to google to get the thermostat part number because your system doesn't list it as a thermostat. The discount and convenience of online ordering is nice but navigating the website is painful. "
