"SCAMMERS! CHARGED ME THE WRONG AMOUNT AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME! It said on the checkout page that the total using a discount code was $60. That’s including tax and shipping thanks to the discount code it said that it was applied multiple times. I clicked pay now next to the $60, and it gives me a confirmation page saying it charged me $75 when I didn’t consent to paying $75. The only confirmation I have access to is WRONG, and I didn’t agree to and they refused to refund me. DON'T SHOP HERE."

"I have a major problem because I paid to have my order expedited and it did not get here by the delivery date one. My next major problem is that when I received my package, they wanted me to pay $187 for delivery. My order alone was almost $900, I paid extra for shipping which it did not get here by that date, and now they’re asking me for more money unexpectedly, or I won’t get my clothes. "I placed and order for items on Nov 5 2021. Which I thought I was being responsible being I needed the package before Dec 3. After almost 2 weeks of tracking my package for a few days. For some odd reason my package stopped in a city near by where I live. But before I could request a pick up at the FedEx location. They had already sent my package pack to sender. (PLT) Why was my package not delivered to my mailbox like normal Idk. So I reached out via email & Facebook to speak with customer service. What a joke! Instead of resolving the issue and turning my package around back to me. Customer service said that I can re order the items in my order because they were still in stock. By this time it’s Nov 20. I re ordered the package. Again my shipment is stuck in a city hours away. My tracking info from there site says it’s been sitting in that city for 3 days. So I call FedEx & was told that the package is still with the shipper. Meaning PLT never even sent the package to FedEx! I am livid. It’s pointless to pay for rush delivery especially now in a shipping crisis. However, that does not validate PLT bad customer service. Ultimately PLT & FashionNova are terrible company’s. With no real customer service. They both need to be put out of business. "
"I am stuck with a import fees of $30 a bag with no warning beforehand about this ..after I payed shipping, plus rushed shipping fee which was totally useless . Shipping fees over $30 a bag for cheap clothes ?! Beyond ridiculous.
That costs more then there actual disposable clothes. Plt claimed they would pay me back for it but never did. Terrible customer service and ridiculous fees that should not be left on the customer . I order form UK to the US all the time and never get these fees . This is on them, as I was told by the post office, who was holding onto my packages and refused to deliver them to me . I had to drive out to the warehouse a hour away from me to get my packages. The bags were destroyed .What a nightmare never again. Just the fact that there is no number to reach them is sketchy. "

And asked them to either cancel the order or update my shipping address within 10 minutes of placing the order. "After waiting for almost a month I finally got my package. Only to find out they sent me only one piece of a 2 piece set. Only the top came! I’ve tried contacting them for 2 days with no result.... finally someone replied to me on wattsup saying to check another bag.... WHAT OTHER BAG?! "I ordered a few things on August 29 and the expected delivery date is today, September 8, but the package hasn’t even shipped yet. I needed these items for an event on Saturday and FedEx says the delivery date is pending so who knows when I’ll get them. I am beyond upset and ticked off. I really needed these items. I’m never shopping at Pretty Little Thing or using FedEx again. They are garbage. COMPLETELY unreliable."
