"My package was scheduled to arrive 4/02/20... 3 week after purchasing the item which is already a lengthy period. Its now the 13/02 and my package is yet to arrive.... When I track it, it says it been sitting at some airport I do not know if for the past 2 weeks....
This is disappointing, all the hype of this brand has done no jusitce. "

"They have amazing customer service, they really took care of me on a defective item, they were quick to respond and had me as the customer in mind when handling the issue, which I really appreciate. "Ordered NEXTDAY delivery last Thursday, parcel still hadn't arrived I've messaged pretty little thing via Facebook messenger and they have to be the most unhelpful company I've dealt with in a long time, they couldn't care less that the parcel hasn't turned up. All they keep telling me is maybe it will arrive today when I know for a fact it won't as the courier doesn't work Sundays it they won't listen and find out where my parcel actually is. This is disgraceful as £5.99 for next day and they won't help or don't care. How are companies like this still trading with customer service like that!!!"
"i will said the truth ... when u purchase ur product is really fast ... i didnt have proble with that.... then i get the product back they receive it like 3 days after i send it .... i wait and wait for the refund ... on the 19th day i send an email that told me that i should wait wait the 21th day but i knew there were a problem and im not going to have the refund on the 21st day it was guetting late ... they repeat me the same thing over and over .... and voila surprise the 21th i didnt get any refund !!!! the worst part is that any of those people help me to understand why it was so long and if an transaction was made already they told me only to wait with arrogance .... worst service ever !!!!!!! im sure i never going to buy in this brand ever again only for that is over than a 100$ that i spend there this day and now they dont want to gave me my money back !!! wow for them seems like is nothing but for me is huge!! i work for this money !!! i repeat for the purchase is good but if you want a refund it would be a nightmare !!!"
