My issue involves a purchase days before a sale went off on the same items and they approved a store credit for the difference. It would have been ultra better for customers if it was an actual refund but it was still a very satisfactory result. They don't act like they own the company like a lot of customer representatives tend to do. They treated me like a VIP customer. "
