I call customer service after a couple of days and found out that it didn't ship because the flash-kill addon was on back order. When I added this on though, nothing had told me it was on back order. Several days later I'm still waiting for this item to ship. The person I talked to on customer service was pretty nice and helpful so that was good, but overall I'm pretty annoyed."
