"I ordered 4 items on delivery was to take place on 8/14/17 on the 2 bulk items but was not actually delivered until 8/24. The shipping company was given the incorrect contact ph number buy Prima. Took me 5 phone calls to straighten out and schedule the delivery. When the item did arrive (large prep sink) the legs where not included as they were supposed to be. Prima says we had a new warehouse employee that did not know that the legs were supposed to be included. So they shipped them via UPS GROUND on 8/30. Well the right decision would have been to expedite them. It is now 9/8 and I still don't have the legs.
The other 2 items where delivered to the wrong address. So they re sent and received 2 weeks later.
They have no idea what they are doing. Time is money in this business. Yes they are very nice on the phone and very responsive. They just dont have a clue on executing the details necessary to make it work. This was a horrendous buying experience...one of those you spend time and many phone call to do their work. Original order placed on 8/9/17 today is 9/8/17 and my order is still not completed."

Overall I was pretty happy with the purchase I made.
I received a call shortly after placing my order telling me there was an error online and that the product I ordered was not really in stock. I was given the option of waiting for the item to become in stock or opt for an identical item (different brand) available immediately to ship directly from the manufacturer for an additional $5. I chose to pay the extra $5 to get the item sooner since that was why I had chosen an in stock item. I thought they should have waived the extra $5 since it was their fault I had to switch to the other item to get my item when I needed it; however, it was only $5 and their prices are very low to start with which is why I still rated them as good in customer service.
I received the item quickly, but it was slightly damaged. The damage was cosmetic and as I said before, I needed it, so I didn't report it or try to return it. "
