"I have been researching on line for a new Canon as my G2 was way out dated. Needless to say, 2 days before my sons' 5th birthday, the G2 stopped recharging. I searched on line for the best price on a Power Shot SD780 IS. I found it with Primo Camera also known as US1 Camera. I spoke with Josh who provided me with the information I requested and advised. He was was very professional. There was no up sale. I was concerned that I would not receive the camera in time for my son's party despite the overnight shipping. Josh assured me that it would and he followed up that it had gone out. I did note on line that the company had fair reviews. After speaking with Josh, and telling him about the reviews on line. He reassured me that the company sends out 500 packages a day and rarely is there an issue. I felt very comfortable with my transaction. I did speak with Kevin who the previous reviewer had an issue with. Kevin does lack people skills, but he is very positive about his employer and I could tell that he likes what he does. Camera was received by 3 the following day. Excellent price, product and service. I would definitely purchase for this company again.

"As I was looking for a lens for my Canon SLR, I used the Net to see if I could get a good deal. I wanted a brand new lens, not a refurbihed one, so, after contacting some resellers, who either didn't reply to my request or didn't offer brand new lens. I found the Primo Cameras site. They came back with a reply the next day and answered every questions I had asked.
So I decided to order from them and I must say that I don't regret it on bit. I got my lens in an excellent shape and I've been using it alot from then on without a glitch. Next time that I'll be looking for equipment for my camera, I won't waste my time shopping around and I'll go directly to the Primo Cameras site.

"After going on line to search for a Canon EOS Rebel XS I saw that Broadway Camera was the least expensive. I was talking to a friend of mine and I casually told him that I was going to purchase the camera body from them and he told don't buy anything from them because they are ripp offs and I also mentioned my conversation with my brother who said the same exact thing, they basically sell the advertised product and then tell you the battery is not included and you have to pay extra at exaggerated high prices and put pressure on you to buy unnessary assessories at high prices. To make along story short I came across Primo Cameras on line and saw that they had a 21 day satisfaction guarantee, there were no reviews on them at the time so I was taking a chance and was hoping they were not going to be another Broadway Camera, and that is the reason why I am writing this review, because they were not like Broadway Camera as a matter of fact they were so much better then I could have possibly expected, when I called them, I talked to Bruce who was very professional, he did not try to sell me anything else and the price was exactly as advertised with no hidden extras, Bruce told me that delivery would take 7-9 business days, I talked to Bruce on March 17 at 5PM thats closing time and received the camera on March 25 that means I received my camera on the 8th day and thats not business days. The service was amazing I want to let Primo Cameras know that they have a customer for life and I will let everyone else know about them and by the way I am not related to anyone there or no anybody there, I am just happy that there are some ligitimate on line sellers that can do a great job. If what they did for me are doing for all their other customers they will be very successful.

"I ordered a Canon 50D from this store and the price that was advertised on the webpage was $1029 with free shipping. After 4 days of waiting for confirmation, I called the company for update. Then the person I talked to (Bruce is the name, I suppose) tried to upsell me batteries and memory cards. When I didn't buy any, he told me that my total price is $1054 because they are charging me for insurance. I said that was not mentioned in the product page and the guy argued that it was in the company policy. I said who would think that charges like that will be hidden and not even mentioned in the checkout page? The checkout page states that my total charge is $1029 including shipping and that is the only amount I should be billed. I didn't agree with the insurance charge and so I cancelled my order. The person on the other end of the line was even rude enough to hang up the phone on me. Buyer beware - this is not a trustworhty store. "
