"Extremely horrible customer service!! I called them a few times during their hours (11am-2pm, can you believe that?). The staff is arrogant and rude. The reason I called them is because I ordered a brand new camera and they sent me a RECONDITIONED one. Also, they posted a red camera on its website which I ordered. But later on they called me and said the red one is sold out and they could send me a black one. Bach then, I did not realize they played this trick all the time as other comments showed.
Anyway, when I eventually got the chance to talk with Roger, he promised me that I can get full refund without paying the shipping fee. But a few hours later after they saw my negative costumer rating posted here, they threatened me to take the rating off otherwise I cannot get the full refund. They sent me an email saying that I have to pay the return shipping.

"Ordered a Canon Powershot camera because their price was the lowest. 5 days later got a call to 'confirm' the order and try to upsale me on a bunch of stuff I had no interest in (typical for new york retailers). Most other reputible dealers would have shipped/delivered by this time. Waited for 2 more weeks until 1 day before my vacation then cancelled the order as they still didn't ship it. 2 weeks later my visa bill came in with a charge for the camera. Primo said it takes 17 days to get a credit issued so I filed a complaint to visa about the fraudulent charge. Stay away from these clowns. I ended up buying the camera at the electronics chain store at my local mall. "

Shipping is a little slower.They will try to ask for battery and other stuff you might have forgot - out of curtsey,which is fine with me.

"I ordered a camera three weeks ago because it was in-stock and was a decent price. I heard nothing from the company (aside from the initial order email) for two weeks, so I called to see what was up. Apparently, the ZIP code needed to be verified, though I see via the email they sent that they had the correct info. They then conned me into writing a 5-star review on here under the premise of a free gift, specifically giving them 5 stars across the board. They even had me untick the "Did promotronix.com ask you to write this review" option. I went through this even though I had already waited two weeks for a camera and hadn't heard a peep from them.

Another week passes and I break down and call them again. The camera is allegedly out of stock. I ask the guy to cancel the order. He says the card hasn't been charged, and I'll get a cancellation email. I never did.

Terrible company, and I'm pretty sure their reviews here are artificially ballooned."
