"This was my first time having my photos put on canvas. The process online was very easy. Shipping was on time. I was very pleased with the final product. I ordered only two initially to see how they would turn out. I was so pleased when I received my order that I ended up ordering four more. There were lots of choices online, so it was a little confusing trying to decide who to choose. I relied on some good reviews on printcopia's website, and am very happy with my choice. "I think your company has a very awesome customer service department. They tried so hard to make my canvases perfect. The only thing, now that I have thought about it, is that I'm wondering what color profile you work with. I'm working with sRGB. You must work with Adobe RGB because the last canvases I got were not the same color as I had on Photoshop. Your colors are so much more vivid then what I have so the canvases weren't quite the right colors. If I had known that you work with the full color scale I would have changed my profile.
I have ordered from you many times but this last order was the only one that wasn't perfect. Other wise I do like your company!"

"My canvas print was shipped quickly and arrived exactly on time. The quality of the print was great. My only concern was the thickness of the canvas. It seemed rather thin, allowing a lot of light through. Of course, this isn't an issue when it is hung on the wall so I wasn't too concerned. I only noticed it because in the past I ordered a canvas from another site and didn't have this issue. Maybe because my other print was a dark color, I'm not sure.
