"I love the art help at Princopia. I ordered a panorama and received an email asking me to send a better copy with more pixels. It also said if I needed help to call. I had to call and received support on how to increase the quality of the print.

And, I did not like the 8 x 10 I ordered another time. I wrote to express my dismay and received a response asking me to resend, which I did, then to resend again in natural light which I did. Though the error was mine and the 3rd submission was only slightly better, they reprinted it for me as a one time deal, and resent it for no cost. No one else I know of does this. The product I received (wrapped canvas) was cropped poorly (I had the file sized and cropped correctly already, but they changed it) and colors were inaccurate. They were kind, and said they would work on it. The proof they sent was still incorrect, so I explained and showed them the issue in still more detail. The print they ended up sending looks great. It's a perfectly fine product, and their service was helpful."
