"Ordered on a Saturday, got a confirmation order saying my product will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business days. It is now Friday and still no email about it being shipped, I tried to track it and it just says it is being processed. Tried emailing them and no response, tried calling twice and nothing. A delay in shipping is okay I just want some communication!"

"It took a day to get the order started tracking, so I called the number to make sure my order didn’t slip through the cracks. A young lady answered the phone and found my order just hadn’t been picked out yet but it was in the system and should be arriving at my house in about 3 days via FedEx. After asking if there was anything else she could help me with the conversation was over and I waited. The next day, my package was tracking and it arrived just as she said, Monday morning. It was a tight fit to factory, but with a little pushing, it got into place. Very happy with the end result of the headlights to the 97 Eclipse."

"I bought this set of lights for my daughter's 96 tahoe as her lights were very weatherd well 1st no instructions not sure what light went were so after install I noticed I had them flip floped so had to do it again for a second time . Cool all done the look pretty cool she drove to work the next morning calling me saying only one of the leds were working I figured wire came lose no the lights had burned out already the next day on the highway the passenger side light plum fell from the housing very unhappy 220bsome bucks and they lasted a day and a half "

"Ordered an Engine Heat Shield Cold Air Intake System from this company, and it came without instructions. On the order form, it said to email for instructions. I think his name was Bob that replied and told me he would try and get them from the manufacturer. The next email I got was from a Leslie W who stated that it said there were no instructions. I told her to look on the website, where it stated that the instructions would be emailed to me. She then came back with a generic video of installing one, but the video was a joke. I would have to cut the heat shield or not put it on. The product just didn't fit my vehicle. I asked for a return of my money, but she said I would have to pay shipping and restocking, which was around 50 dollars. Why should I pay for something that doesn't fit. I shouldn't have dealt with a 3rd rate company and stuck with Amazon, who doesn't charge for returns. Oh well, lesson learned. Buyer beware and I will try and put this out on social media because some places don't post negative reviews."
