"I been wait for my for a year now. And still have not receive it. And I have try to contact them and them don’t re turn my calls. They are a ripoff."
"I placed an order in September 2021 for a scooter for my 85 year old father for $2299 and was told a 10 day delivery date. I called a week later and was told no it would be 3 months so I canceled this order and went with a different distributor. Customer service charged my father's credit card within minutes but has yet to refund the $2299, which accrues interest every month.
I even filed a complaint with BBB, still no refund. It's been 8 months and I don't believe we will see any refund. $2299 is a hard lesson to learn.
Do not order from this company-use ANYONE else."
"SHORT N SWEET> I CANT THINK OF ONE INSTANCE THIS COMPANY DEMONSTATES ANY LEVEL OF CARING OR INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. 6 WEEK DELIVERY. NO FOLLOWUP NO RESPONSE TO CALLS OR EMAILS. BTW ITS JUNK. EW36 IS JUNK."
"I ordered my scooter in October they said they had it and it would be delivered in 3 to 7 business days no more than 10 days. Well they have never had this scooter and they got almost 2600.00 of my money. I cancelled my order in December 2021 and it is now February 24, 2022 and still no refund and they don’t answer any calls now or return calls. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM ONE DIME OF MONEY!!!!!!!!"
"We ordered a scooter the end of April. By July still no scooter, so we cancelled the order. No refund was processed. September a scooter was delivered. The company wanted us to pay a 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees incurred in sending and returning the scooter. They sent a return label and sent FEDEX to pick it up. The scooter was returned in November. Still calling the company for a refund of my money in December.
Read the BBB complaints. This is what customers experience across the board. They don't call back or answer emails.

"An order was placed at 2:45pm and called to cancel at 5:18PM same day. I was informed Customer Service is gone for the day and that they cannot cancel and to call back the next day. I also emailed at that same moment and same day. When I called to cancel the next day they said I'd be charge 4% cancellation when the order is not processed nor shipped. Website posted business hours 8AM to 10PM and no where does it say that you cannot cancel after 5PM or you'll be charged 4% cancellation fee. The representative was talking rudely and refused to help and hung up on me. When I called back requesting to speak to a manager I got another person who treated me the same way and also hang up on me. They have no customer service and care not about mistreating their customer."
"most of these reviews are probably fake. They lie about easy returns on the phone....and try to charge 50% of the cost in fees.
This piece of garbage could not power up a small (3%) incline. Brakes failed when I needed them and it almost got me crushed by a large SUV as a result.
I was very excited for this and it turned out to be A COMPLETE ****! Spend your money elsewhere, This clownshow deserves to be out of business.this is a terrible company. "
"Received go go elite traveler. Unit breaks down continuously. Called progress only to find out that they rely on Pride Mobility subcontractors to do repairs. Requested repair on 12/26/18. It is now almost 5 weeks later with both Progress and Pride saying they will have subcontractor contact us to schedule "evaluation"...then parts will be ordered and another visit will be scheduled for actual repair. So much for the advertised prompt warranty coverage for a person WITHOUT mobility! Spoke with Jennifer requesting they take back the defective unit. Refused. "Horrible"... best describes our experience with both Progress and Pride Mobilty."
"The scooter's great, but the company isn't. A woman in Progress Mobility's' customer service dept. said the scooter would come in 3, easy-to-assemble pieces. Another rep stated that the rear attachment with which to hang a rollator would be included in the shipment, in its own box within the larger shipping box. Yet another sales rep assured me that the boxes would be delivered directly to my apartment.
First off, the shipping box was left at my condo complex's gatehouse. Progress Mobility didn't put special instructions on the invoice to deliver it directly to my door, but simply used my full address, including the apt. number. I had to pay to have a two-man, apt. maintenance team deliver the shipping box to my unit and have a third team member assemble the 10 pieces inside. When I complained to Progress Mobility, their customer service rep claimed that (a) the complete address *was* the instruction to deliver the box to the apt. and (b) that the delivery driver said that the gatehouse staff prevented him from making the delivery. This is an obvious lie, because the documented delivery policy of the condo mgt. is to *allow* drivers to make interior deliveries if they ask to do so.
When the maintenance team member finished assembling the scooter, there was no rear attachment, so I had to order that separately a second time. When the attachment arrived, I found that my rollator wouldn't fit on the hanger. When I contacted Progress Mobility, the phone rep said that the attachment was designed for a walker, not a rollator. I was furious that I'd been mistreated by the company for a third time.
If you decide to buy from Progress Mobility, make sure that you get every promise in writing as well as a line-item detail invoice that includes the unit serial number. After I received my shipment, all I could get from the company was a summary invoice, with no pertinent details."
"I went online to look for a wheelchair for my mother-in-law, she is a 70 year old person, when I was doing the purchase over the phone the sale never mentioned if I want to return date they Will Keep 20% of the price that I paid for it, plus I have to paid to returning something that she didn't even use, so this people are seating and just taking money for people just doing nothing, unfortunately I read the reviews to late, getting money from people that hardly put together some money to afford this scooter or control remote wheelchair to improve their day by day in life isn't fair .Don't buy from this company be aware!"
"Scooter was defective when delivered . Had high pitched squeal whenever moved either under power or just pushed. Service dept. said it was normal and would go away with use . It did not . Scooter also accelerated unexpectedly and caused my wife to hit a rock. Company will not even entertain the possibility of the scooter being defective . They were very arrogant and dismissive of my wife when she called . The return policy is a joke as it will cost you almost as much as the scooter cost after you pay shipping and restocking fees . Service is also a joke as they will only pay for parts even though it was defective when delivered .
I could go on forever about this horrible company but suffice it to say " Do not buy from this company " "
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I bought the automatic folding scooter from this company and it did not work when I received the item. It's suppose to unfold with the remote which it does not. Clearly defective. I tried calling the company numerous times and all you get is the same message over and over again that they are too busy. Left messages on all their lines, emailed them, live chat too but there is clearly a problem with this company. NO ONE ANSWERS. I've only talked to someone live twice to voice my complaint. As to date, still waiting for my issue to be resolved and nothing is happening. Is this a real company? My scooter has been in nonuse since it can't fold and unfold...it's suppose to be automatic. It is so difficult to get any help from this company. Try elsewhere if you want to buy a scooter. This company does not make it easy for disabled patients who use these devices to make life simpler."
"I was told by salesman, Derek, when I bought my Solax Transformer scooter that a quick charger, a $399 value would be thrown in! When I received my scooter it wasn't there, so I called they said it was there, the 2 amp charger enclosed was the quick charger, OK, but I went on the manufacturer's and three other retailer's web site and found this was standard on all scooters. They told me you got what you paid for. very rudely, when I complained. I also found out that you can buy the 2 amp charger anywhere for $125 value. I feel I was scammed and this is misleading the buyer during the sales cycle! I thought I was getting something extra, but wasn't!"
"Purchased a scooter, salesmen neglected to tell me the $399.00 optional airline approved battery pack was on back order. When I received the scooter, it was delivered in 3 days, when I discovered missing $399.00 battery pack. I called to question. I could not get in touch with my sales rep, I was told by the person on the call that I would get the Battery Pack in a "Few Weeks", to which I responded that I would with hold $399 from my credit card payment, He told me if I could NOT with hold payment as I would then have to call and re-order. After calling and attempting to "Live Chat" with my original sales rep with whom I was NEVER able to , for various excuses talk to him. After being Insulted and given what I call "The Bums Rush" from 2 other sales reps. After I explained to the Most ARROGANT rep that because I used a Excellent Credit Card Company I Would be with-holding the $399, I then attempted to send a email to the owner and look for a place to write a NEGATIVE review of THEIR "NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE " COMPANY."
"Sales person said 3-5 days for delivery received closer to 8 days later.
Scooter is perfect.
Service has been ok. no real complaints.
Got a great deal on it. "
