"From my experience Priojector people is a company that misrepresents the merchandise they have and sends used goods as new. They are not the official agents for the products they claim and once they have your money this can take a very long time to be refunded and when it is refunded its short. When you complain about this they tell you to contact the processing company. They have no integrity or sense of customer service and the attitude and effort made to resolve the fact that they have supplied you a used item sold as new is ZERO.
Delivery time is also pathetically slow, rather then 2 days try a week.
Not to be trusted, go to proper shop maybe it will cost you another $10.

Got a call next day saying everything is in order and things will ship later that day. Couple of hours later, received an email saying that projector is now back-ordered!!! Called and cancelled the order as they couldn't tell me why it was indicated was in-stock and when we can expect it. They charged my card and still waiting to credit back the amount!!! What a rip-off!
I wish I had read the reviews for this outfit on resellerratings.com before shoppping online. They lost my order and you will better off shopping elsewhere."
"Ordered 2ea PT-AE4000U Projectors. The website showed stock. The excuse I got was that they got 38 orders and only had 30 in stock. I don't buy it. If you are a serious retailer you do not sell items you do not have in stock. First impression is normally correct, and this one rubbed me the wrong way. Will not order from them again."

I was recomended to this store from a cousin and he only had great things to say about them. they answered all my question. I didn't know anything about projectors or where to begin they helped explain the differences from brands and all the projector stuff and they didn't mind helping me."

"PP has a deal of the day, had a coupon saying 21,450 off a 2200 projector. I ordered assuming it was a glitch and was supposed to be 214.50 off the projector. I got a call the next day, saying it was a glitch, and that the coupon was for some measly HDMI cable. On the phone after calling back Stacey said all she could do was take 150 dollars off the price of the projector, then was very rude when I said a brick and mortar store would be held liable and would at least have offered to give the projector. Real stores HAVE to sell an item at the marked price. She went off and treated me like an idiot, possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with online. She kept saying "come on, were supposed to give you 20,000 dollars?" No, I just want the coupon off what it was supposed to be, not some cheap HDMI cable. I also don't want to be treated like an idiot."
"This company needs to get their act together. Their deal of the day was $50 off a new Logitech Harmony One remote. You would think they would have some in stock if they were having a special. Got my order confirmation and it said if the item was ordered before 3pm EST it would be shipped that day, if not it would be shipped the next day. 2 days went by with no information on if my remote shipped. I sent out an email, and a few hours later received a call saying someone put the orders in the wrong place and they just found them. They would process my order ASAP and have it to me by Friday. Today I send out an email to find out where my remote is to find out they didn't get their shipment in from Logitech and it won't be in till sometime next week.
Why does a company have a special when they don't have t he items to sell, and why do they tell their customers they will ship out a product and don't. "

My ae2000 actually didnt work out for me in the end and I had no problems at all returning the pj for full credit. I'll be buying all of my pjs from there in the future when my room is better setup for front projection."
