"I used a stock business card template and simply updated the text. I left default font style and font size unchanged from the supplied template. While the cards look nice, I feel the text size is too small and not easy to read. I had expected using the default font style and sizing would have resulted in a better designed final product. If I could redo the cards, I'd absolutely increase the default font size."

"Of 300 postcards, the 2 I had access to, showed a mark on a photo. And not in the exact same place on the cards. The texture did not indicate this blemish happened during the mail process.
I sent an e-mail with pix of both cards.
No response.
Called the 866 customer support line and the young lady could only say that there is a disclaimer on their website that the post office sorting equipment smudges the cards. She added that only 4 or 5 of them are usually affected. No way she would know if that is true.
I would have expected at least an offer to have me return one of the cards to them to at least look at it.
But no. No concerns from Prospects Plus.
I will go back to my other supplier.
If YOU are wanting to make a good first impression on a carefully selected mail list, I have to recommend any company other than Prospects Plus.

“While we do have a notice on the site that on occasion there can be postal sorting damage to a portion of your order usually affecting the seed cards (your copy) due to the increased amount of passes through the sorting machines since they are generally going to a different area we do want you to be happy with your order.
