"I love the ease of creating a postcard and uploading my mailing list. Price is good. Printed and delivered quickly. But you guys have to figure out a way to avoid the dreaded SMUDGE. Every single postcard I receive has a smudge. Not the sample one sent to my office, but I include my home address in the mailing so I know when it was delivered and so I can see what a random recipient receives. There is always a smudge. I read the disclosure prior to finalizing each order but there's got to be a better way. I get postcards from other companies that don't have the smudge. So why can't ProspectsPlus do it? "

As large of an account as we are with the post office we can not however control the sorting damage that can occur at the post office and while we do provide a warning for our customers about this direct mail industry- wide issue we understand our customers always want their orders perfect. Sorting damage usually occurs when postal sorting rollers sit on the surface of a postcard longer than usual such on cards sorted more than others like your seed card going to a different address grouping than the mailing list used or return mail.
