"I have had great experiences with ProspectPlus in the past, but this last order has left me disappointed and I haven't even received it yet. I order some Valentine's Day cards along with some Daylight Savings cards. After nearly a week, I received no shipping notice or any correspondence from them. I called to see what was going on with the order. I was told that there was an issue with the order and transfered to someone else and left a message. 10 minutes later I received an email saying that the order was shipped. 3 days before Valentines day. No way I'm going to get it in time to mail out. About 30 minutes later I received a call from the person I left a message with and she said that the order had issues but the worked around it and shipped it today. When asked why I wasn't contacted about the issues with the order, she said they tried to contact me but the emails kept getting bounced back although I receive several emails a week from ProspectPlus. She said the automatic emails work but the ones from individual workers does not. They could have picked up the phone and called. At least she gave me a refund on the Valentine's day cards. She said she was going to send me guidelines for formating pictures, but I haven't received it yet. Disappointed. "
