"The products itself looks very nice but it has not delivered the intended results. I have been using the Market Dominator product, mailing monthly to 500 homes in a very strong, high turnover Upstate New York market. The product's marketing was very specific, "Own a 20% market share of listings within 24 months" they exclaimed, if you just stick with the program. They said it may take a 3-4 months to gain traction, but after 18 months, not a single listing. When I voiced my concern that the product was not living up to the promise, I received a call from the founder. After first stating that he'd allow me to terminate my contracted subscription early, without penalty, he then asked if I was out knocking on doors in the area I am farming. Knocking on doors, are you kidding me? When your marketing stated, and I quote "own a 20% market share" by using this product, there was no mention of door knocking. I can do that for FREE. At a cost of around $400 per month, being busy enough to pay for this takes enough of my time without knocking on doors like a rookie. It would appear that I have learned yet another lesson and that the only people who benefit from "most" real estate marketing are the people selling it."

As referenced on our website, standard class mail is a slower delivery time through the USPS and it can take up to two and a half to three weeks for delivery. Your order left our facility on 7/29. “That can sometimes occur through the postal sorting machines, especially on your copy of the postcard if it is going to different zip code and plus four as it is sorted more times than the rest of your order.
