"I have ordered hundreds of postcards now from ProspectsPlus, and still can't get the size right. The interface for adding your own images to postcards is so, so clunky and unintuitive. I had one of the employees email me and tell me that they were tired of fixing my postcards and wouldn't be doing it anymore. So, I then have tried to reduce the size of the image myself, which results in a white border around the card, which looks terrible. I have no idea how large to make the image to get it to look good, and am about to begin using a different service as a result. It feels like the just don't care about my business, so I'll find someone who does. "

We also sent over the artwork specifications that will show the exact size with bleed to make the postcards print exactly the way you wish. Unfortunately, when uploading your own design we don't have much editing capability for your designs as they come into our system as one image. If they are not sized to the artwork specifications our only option is to reduce the overall size so that your text will not be cut off, which means they would print with a white border. We are happy to discuss the design specifications with you answer any questions you might have or to speak with the person doing your design work if you prefer. ”
