“Your Calendar postcards were ordered on March 5th at the post office on the 6th. First class mail does take 3-5 delivery through the post office. It appears that your postcard tracking scans were within that time frame. We work hard to get our customer's postcards orders processed in one business day and unfortunately, there is no faster option for postcard delivery other than first class mail. If you are in a time crunch, we do offer a pdf (digital file) that you can print yourself and mail locally. ”

"I sent over my master copy of addresses, but some of the addresses were changed or forwarded to different address. They said it was the Post Office decision to change them!!!! I was not informed of this. Nothing was done for customer service satisfaction. I changed the rating to excellent because they did call me back and did follow through on great customer service. Thank you, I did not expect it.

“We do put all of our mailing lists through the change of address system with the post office to make sure that they reach the address. Melanie of our customer support team has reached out to you to go over everything and resolve the matter to your satisfaction. You are sent complete order tracking via email with all address for each postcard and anything appearing in red has been changed. It may be as simple as adding the plus four zip or if a change of address is on record correcting the address to what matches the current information on file with the post office. It appears that 3 of your addresses were updated out of your total mailing list. We have however refunded the total order since you are unhappy with that practice. ”

"I have always been impressed with the service provided by Prospect Plus and have used them many times. I was a little bit less then impressed with this last order. First of all your title of Free Reports is a bit misleading as it costs something to get the first page done. I realize that I can print off as many as possible and that is what the 'free' means, but again I think its midleading. Also there is no button that says 'download here' in the email you sent telling me the order was ready. I called on it and she resent the email but it still didn't say specifically what I had to do. I hit the website link and figured it out from there what I had to do, but I think you need to make that a little clearer. "
