"I have a lost and stolen policy for my items.
I made a claim for my stolen gadgets on 14th OCT and sent all necessary documents they've requested. I explained my urgent need for the replacements that the gadgets are part of my urgent business process and It has effects on my job negatively. I didn't hear anything from them since.
I called today and wait for half an hour on the phone. The only answer I got whatever I said was repeatedly read from a script that I have to wait 2 business day to get an answer after reviewing of few documents! Then I wonder what's waiting for me at the next step.
Update 17th OCT:
They sent me forms to fill and told me to wait 2 business day again!
Why didn't send me these forms at the first time??? Why unnecessarily are you taken my time even though I told you it is urgent?
Update 20th OCT:
No answer after two working days. I called them and wait about an hour on the phone and I am told that I have to wait uncertain time period until a hired investigation team completed their investigation. I asked that if they can give me an approximate time and I am told they can't give me any time period how long I have to wait.
Now I will be seeking legal advice.

"I obtained a warranty plan Dec. 18, 2016. On Jan 20, 2017 I called to file a claim as my phone is broken and dead only to be informed that they can not honor their warranty since they no longer service (most of) the U.S. "As of August 2016..." they no longer service the U.S. WHY did they accept my request of a warranty coverage in December? WHY are they okay with taking my money 2 months in a row (so far) but NOT okay with providing me service? If I could give negative stars, I would. I called back several times and got the same person every time. I was never able to speak to someone over her, or that could give me something other than the "copy/paste" answers they're trained to give."
"To say that I am disappointed with your company and your service would be an understatement. You are nothing but conmen. I have paid my monthly insurance for years and have an iphone6 that has 3 distinct problems : very low battery life , intermittent charging problems, and it sticks/freezes mid call.
In July I sent it away for repairs (paying an excess of £50) and it came back with the same 3 problems. I was unable to be without my phone through the school holidays and waited until Sept to claim the repairs under the 6 months guaranteed warranty. in the meantime I have dropped my phone and the screen is slightly damaged.
I am not asking you to repair the screen, only to repair the original 3 faults that were not fixed originally.
The likelihood of a phone being repaired and subsequently dropped and then presenting with the exact same 3 problems with no other internal issues, is so unlikely as to be "beyond resonable doubt". As nothing is 100% absoloute this is the measure used in a court of law and yet "protect the bubble " can refuse to fix their shoddy repairs on the back of this.
Anyone out there please, please dont waste your money on them, particularly as there are reputable phone repairers popping p locally everywhere. Why pay monthly for a service that won't be there when you need it?
