These folks were professional and helpful from the first contact through product delivery and beyond. Where else would I have a representative suggest that the more expensive computer I was inquiring about was overkill for my applications? And who else would include a binder, with all of the relevant information about your computer, along with recovery disks, with the computer shipment? I had a follow-up call from them yesterday, 10 days after delivery of the computer, to ask if everything was working as anticipated. I appreciate the extra effort and personal touch provided by Puget in a time when most services are so impersonal and automated."

"It's always nice to read the rave reviews of a product, but almost always those reviews are made on a product that someone has had for only a few days or weeks. Because of this, you can't often get a handle on the longevity of a product. That's why I waited almost three years to write this review. My Puget PC has survived Texas summer heat with the A/C not working, been running pretty much 24/7, and is still chugging along with no hardware issues. This is why I chose Puget to make my PC, and they delivered. You definitely get what you pay for with these folks."

"After a year of back issues keeping me from working, I finally got back to where I could. I knew I had to replace my old work computer as it had worked hard for 5 years. I researched many companies that custom build computers. I was liking what I was reading about Puget Systems from others in the photography industry. With not wanting to go Apple, and with what others were saying, I started to look into them more. On 1/30/15 I submitted a custom build for a review by them, to be sure that all parts would work properly together. On 2/02/15 I received the review with suggested changes, which was the size of the Drive from a 500 MB to a 1TB, and using a dual DVI video card. I reviewed the parts suggested, as well as sorted the finances, and placed the order on 2/06 at the end of the business day.

From there I looked in on their website to follow the status update to “feel” like I was a part of the process being able to talk with the technicians. This was something the builders of my last system did not have, and I fell in love with the ability to know what was going on with the build.

On Friday 2/13/15 the system was in the shippers hands, to deliver to me via 2 day ground. It arrived on Monday 2/16/15, and I've been putting it through its paces since. Today, 2/23/15 I received a phone call from Bertt Nordquist of Puget Systems to make sure everything was good with the computer. We discussed the system, and that the only thing I need is a card reader. He told me that they've been testing them, they have one that they are ok with for their systems but honestly they are trying to find a better one that’s not super expensive. Which is what kept me from including it in the build really, is the cost of the internal ones and their quality not as good as the parts that are in my system. To me it would have been like putting a Honda radio into a Rolls Royce.

The company that built my last system builds great gaming computers, but I’d rather have one that’s great for work first, and could play a game if I wanted. That’s the main thing that made me search, and find Puget Systems. Puget makes great gaming computers, but they also make great business computers designed for what your needs are. I very rarely will rate more than 4 stars for a company, but for Puget Systems I’ll give them over all 5 stars for overall because the act more as you the customer matter. They have also impressed a friend of mine who works in the IT department of a major name computer company. And when he came by, this past weekend he was drooling over the benchmark numbers, and the looks, as well as how well this system works.

"Puget Systems just finished building my computer and they have shipped it. This review is so far only for the customer service I have received to this point.

The representatives from Puget Systems were very responsive, helpful, friendly and informative. I chose to build a custom computer. Their easy to navigate system enabled me to choose a computer that I liked rather than one that I was forced to settle with. After i configured the computer the way I wanted, I chatted with their representative who discussed all of my components and was able to recommend some changes that would either reduce cost for my system, or improve the performance.
At no point during our discussion was I pressured to spend more money than I was willing to spend, or to buy things I didn't already want. The representative guided me to the optimal setup for my needs.

The build process was completed in a very timely manner. Their company website takes the time to indicated in detail which step in the build process they are on, which has been completed and which still needs to be done. I could log into my order almost hourly and see another update. This gave me confidence that my system was being built by customer focused professionals. I was able to see results from benchmark tests that were performed on my system as well as thermal images of my system idle and under load. I was also emailed pictures of the completed build before it shipped.

The build took 3 business days to complete and ship from the date I ordered it. So far I am really impressed with the customer service and the professionalism. I will update this review once I have my systems and I have used to to comment on its functionality."

"I just picked up a custom built laptop. I am very happy with it. It is super fast, powerful, and clean. I am a hardcore financial markets trader and needed something powerful and portable and this system fits the bill. I will never buy a mass market system ever again and Puget Systems will be my company of choice from now on. I will be buying my desktop from them in the near future. The entire purchase process was delightful as I asked hundreds of questions and their salesperson William George was both extremely helpful and pleasant. No pressure whatsoever. If you want the best, look no further. I can't rate cost as I'm not sure. I have no issues with the price and I pay for quality. The computer is fast and reliable and the support has helped me work through several Windows issues.
