I’m a klutz and drop my phone all the time.

"I love PULS. I have dropped and broken the screen on my IPhone 3 times. I don’t have time to schedule an appt at an Apple store and wait all day waking around Town Square without my phone. PULS is convenient (they come to me) quick (usually same day service and a1 hr window ie.10-11,means they might get there at 10:10) and professional (they are always polite and repair the phone in their vehicle within 15mins. Their pricing is very reasonable $79 to sit at home or at work and have them come to me to replace my shattered screen!! YES!! I’ve used them 3 times and only wish they’d sell screen protectors and cases. Love this service!!!"

Fast Easy Smooth

"Great service from start to finish. Found them on google after not wanting to pay amazons prices. The tech called me prior to my appointment, brought the mount I needed, set up and was out the door within 25minutes of him getting there. Nice guy and great service. I paid via credit card after the job was done and I was happy. I recommend these guys "

Alvaro Puls technician

"Alvaro my install technician, was SIMPLY amazing!! He was very cordial explaining next steps and getting advise as to where the tv would go and if I approved of the steps. He was very efficient and careful ensuring he picked up any loose articles during his installation. The amazing thing was that I scheduled the appointment the night before.

Puls as a company was great in that they called within two hours to let me know who the tech was and to expect communication from him. And last but definitely not least, they called to let me know the tech was on site. The communication throughout my installation process was outstanding! I would recommend Puls to anyone needing a great installation.

TV mounting

"I had TVs mounted and they came out beautifully. Next day service, immediate communication by text and call from Puls and the Tech with follow up. I called Friday and had next day service on a Sat! Feder the tech was fantastic, provided recommendations, and tested everything before he left. I paid online using PayPal at the end and received an electronic receipt. I highly recommend using Puls!"

6 weeks, 3 appointments and counting, and no results

"We purchased an LG fridge in October, and the dispenser quit working in April.
I am awaiting a call back to schedule the 4th service call.
The first tech (first 2 calls) evidently mis-identified the damaged part.
Yesterday I called for an update on scheduling the 4th call and was promised I would get a call back in 1-2 hours. No one ever called back.

Puls fails on every aspect except for tech friendliness. Unfortunately, that doesn't fix my fridge.
