"When I engage a company, I expect a professional to show up. That is what I'm paying for. In this case a dryer issue. When I set up the appointment I approved the $59 charge (using a coupon) for someone to come out, look through my machine, and diagnose the problem. When he arrived (late), I explained the problem I was having oh, and what I thought it was. He said it would probably require parts. I told him I understood that, but don't do anything that will increase the bill without letting me know, as I have to decide whether or not to fix it or to buy another one. he spends the next hour and a half trying to figure out how to take apart my dryer (he's a professional right this is his job?) 20 min looking over the circuits while I use my vacuum to clean lint from the inside of the machine ( because, hey it's open right) and another hour figuring out how to put it back together. To tell me all the parts are working. It's no longer making the nose ( I suggested it was a small screw or something that was grinding on metal back there but he said he saw no evidence of it) so yay. And my machine was not clean, yay me. Then I get a bill for $149. *#@#*@ what!!!!! On the invoice it states he aligned the drum... Umm the drum wasn't out of alignment. zero evidence of that before you took apart the machine, or during. And don't you do that when reassembling the machine anyways?
I understand you were in my home for 3 hours, mostly because you didn't know what you were doing oh, but why am I paying for that? And why when I use the service was I not sense a professional? then we had to come up with cash instead of using our card. if you want to know why I paid it instead of just causing a fuss then...I have had a stranger in my home for the last 3 hours, it was 9:30 at night, I have a disabled mother and an injured husband I'm currently taking care of. I just wanted him out. Not recommending this company. "

"Puls technicians literally broke my brand new 4K Smart TV during installation on 3/19/19. It was a disappointing accident - but things do happen. I immediately contacted the company and was advised that Puls will only communicate about complaints through email, so I emailed a formal written complaint with photos of the damage and a copy of my receipt. After several more days and emails, Puls eventually responded by acknowleding the damage and stating-in writing- that they would reimburse me for the cost of the tv within 3-5 days. Well, that time has come and gone- in fact, 19 days have come and gone since Puls broke my brand new tv - and I have not been reimbursed. Now, the company is "ghosting" my follow up emails. The only plus is that the techs were polite, on time, and apologetic."
"Terrible experience, technician didn’t show, had to reschedule, went through that 4 times before giving up!!! Wasn’t proactively notified. They don’t answer their phones. Kept getting contradictory stories so they are clearly not being honest. Puls.com have a nice online ordering experience but appalling customer service. After messing me around they appeared to want to make it right so I gave them a 2nd, 3rd and 4th chance and they failed miserably. That’s not how you make things right. I also heard the expression “isolated incident” on a couple of occasions which is clearly in their script, rather than reality. Avoid!!!"
"Very good guy. I dont think he had a clue of what to do. A total easte of my money. Came eith no tools. I have a bad back. Im a woman, I had to move the 300+ lb cabinet. We had great conversation however 80 0/0 had nothing to do with my wine refrigerator. I just gave away my 85.00 dollars. Didnt do any repairs only brought his cellphone. Didnt remove or check anything. Just WOW. IM GOING TO CALL A REAL REFRIGERATOR GUY..."

"Walter was pretty quick and straight to the point. He was polite and was in my home for about 20 minutes. He went straight to his job with no hesitation and no fooling around. He was in and out. He even cleaned up after himself which was very nice of him. I recommend tipping your techs. They deserve it. "
