It would have been nice to have an E-mail when my order shipped. The product was great and works great. No complaints there."

"Ordered an ice machine pump and according to the order form said usually ships in 7 to 10 days. My credit card was immediately charged. After 10 days I went to the website to check on the status of my order. Website said I had no order number in their system. I called and was informed that they placed the order to the pump manufacturer, but they didn't know when it would be received to be shipped to me. Found the same pump on Amazon for a few dollars less and I was given an expect to arrive date. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will purchase through Amazon."

I got all my questions answered, told them I was gonna order online so I could use PayPal, he checked the inventory to make sure everything was in and gave me some recommendations on floats.
