"Item listed at $740.00 on site. Ordered and card charged. When I chased them up about delivery a few days later they said it would be five weeks and wanted an extra $300.00.

They did, however, credit the card back promptly when I didn't want to pay the extra.

UPDATE
Pure Networx came back to me and agreed to supply the equipment at the originally stated price. Still waiting delivery and will update again after receipt but have increased the star rating from two to four in the meantime

FINAL UPDATE
The router was sent overnight which was a nice touch, and helped gain ground from the initial experience.

They did promise twice to get back to me with some configuration information but after a little over two weeks they didn't.

OVERALL
The right equipment at the right price and delivered promptly. If you don't have a problem setting it up and getting it working by yourself then this would be the place to go, but if you need support maybe not."

"I found Pure Networx after a little googling, and was a little skeptical at first since their service promises sounded too good to be true. Boy was I waaaay off. I have had nothing but excellent service from the folks at Pure Networx. I contacted one of their sales staff via their online chat tool, and within a few minutes of explaining my network needs, he had a quote e-mailed over to me. I purchased a used switch from them, and it arrived within a few days since they have an excellent shipping service. The switch was in great condition and looked like it had been properly refurbed except that the NVRAM battery was dead. Not a big deal since they offer a 5 year warranty on their used equipment. I contacted my sales contact and he had an RMA form and return packing slip e-mailed to me the same day. My replacement switch arrived 2 days later, and I have been operating on this one for the past 2 months. I will continue to use Pure Networx for all of my future network equipment needs since they have proven that they really do provide a never #unpure promise.
