"I ordered the Pet Biocell with hyaluronic acid three weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped. When I checked after 5 days, I was informed that the product was back-ordered and would be in the following week. There was no indication of a back-order status at the time of purchase, and no communication to that effect until I asked. It is now two weeks since I last heard from Purity Products, and the order status still shows as "approved." This is no way to run a business, and it is small wonder that Amazon has removed this product from its site (I made my first purchase of the product from Amazon and ordered from Purity Products when I found that Amazon was no longer carrying it). I've ordered a similar product from Modere.com to fill in, and I may decide to just go with their product, as I know it's actually available."
