"I placed an order on 9/9/19. As of 9/30/19 hadn’t received product. I called customer service and was told the product was on back order. I told the CS representative it didn’t indicate that at the time I placed my order. I was told when they got to my order they ran out. I asked why wasn’t I notified by email. This was not my first time contacting Purity Products regarding a delay .
The website will not allow a customer to change his/Her payment method. This needs to be fixed."

They need to have a better website that lets you know that what you're ordering is not in stock, maybe when it will be in stock, and when it ships. "Customer service representative lied about the company going into my PayPal account to set up automatic billing on my 1st call.
PayPal representative told me it was done using my email address for recent shipment.
Purity products tried to refund partial amount after on my 3rd call after I was told by a rep and a supervisor a FULL refund would be processed on my 2nd call.
Although I did get my full refund in the end and I did not have to file a dispute with PayPal, I will never do business with this company again. EVER! "
