"Horrible experience!! Don't order products from this company! I spoke to "Natalie" from the customer care department at 10:51 am on May 14th, 2014. I told her that "Purity Products" keep shipping products to my husbands work place without his consent AND charging his debit card as well! He had cancelled the order with them about a year ago! When I spoke to Natalie she stated my husband needed to cancel with them, not me to make it official! He has already done that twice now! I told her that we now have to cancel our debit card with our bank so they can't go behind our back and charge our debit card and mail out product we never authorized! Guess what Natalie's response was?! And I quote " Even if you change your bank account number, we can still have access to the new number due to your agreement with us"! What agreement? There was NO agreement! Don't take the chance and go through this same type of situation with Purity as we have! They are UNETHICAL, SNEAKY, UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS! Lot's of headaches and time wasted!
