"I placed my order on line late on a Saturday night for two different products. Once I placed the order I realized that I had previously tried their krill oil and that it had upset my stomach. I tried to cancel the order on line and it referred me to call a number and when I did they could take a new order but to cancel an order I must call back on Monday. I called back on Monday to be told that my order had already shipped and they tried to talk me in to trying the product again. This is ridiculous and since they have this strong arm tactic I returned both products and did not order the third or fourth item that that had that I had previously intended to order."
