"I think that Purity products are very high quality. However I feel the way a customer has to agree to constant shipments for a better price is annoying. If I need a re-fill why can't I just log on and order it? Why must I have to go to the website to change delivery dates. I once got a delivery of 3 bottles of vitamin D that I did not need al because I forgot to change my settings on the website. I had to call recently to cancel 2 order and received a lot of pushback from the operator. She is doing her job, but I found that very annoying.
