"I had ordered the Blueberry detox from PP and instead received Organic Juice Cleanse Blueberry Detox, which is a similar, but weaker product. So I called them to get it corrected, and ended up buying two more of the Blueberry Detox for $44.00, and would receive one more to replace the OJC I was sent. They let me keep the OJC for free-- didn't have to send it back! On June 13th, I received what I thought would be the correct items, but lo and behold, it was a box full of Blueberry OJC--- not what I originally ordered. But there is a happy ending here--- they sent the two for $44, one to replace the original shipping error, and TWO MORE to make up for the Blueberry they don't have and are not going to be able to ship for another month, at least! They also sent a letter saying due to overwhelming demand, they would not be able to ship the Blueberry Detox I wanted until July (I'm guessing July-- there was no date on the letter). So, while this is not exactly what I wanted, I am happy with the way they resolved it and have NO right to whine about it!! They also sent free B12 melts, too. Pretty sweet deal, I will say!! Will be ordering more from them in the future!!"
