Unfortunately, I tried to take advantage of a free bottle offer when I placed my last order and they never sent it. Thinking that the free bottle would be delivered separately, I waited and did not contact customer service. Next thing I know, my account was debited for a 3 month supply of the product that I never even got to use to decide if I like it. Further, instead of instantly refunding my money when I called, they are making me wait until the 3 month supply is delivered, then I have to return the product, THEN they will refund my money. I promptly cancelled my account and all of my super savers because I do not trust the company anymore. I will find another supplement company. "
