"I was trying to order a product and there was a 20% discount because I was ordering and when I couldn't complete the order all at once, and came back to finish ordering, the 20% had changed to 10%. ? I went ahead and ordered, but was not happy about losing the 20%, so I only ordered the one bottle of each item. the response I got to my inquiry was less than helpful. on March 10th, I was told by phone that they did credit my charge card for an additional 10%, so I do appreciate someone resolving that.
