"My order was fulfilled accurately, well packaged and shipped promptly. The Fedex "smartpost" probably added a day to the shipping time as compared to their regular ground shipping, but it was still well within the advertised estimated shipping time, and I'm very pleased with Pyramyd Air's service. I plan to do more business with them."

"It has been a pleasure dealing with Pyramyd Air. They accommodated every whim of this fickle buyer. Even when I changed my mind more than once it seemed to be no problem for them. I just wish they had more control over FedEx who were not at all helpful when events made it difficult for me to be there to sign for the item.
They would not as much as give me a time frame of when to expect their man. Attempted deliveries were unsuccessful at 3 different times. A week later the same man came at 07:45, a supposed impossibility a week prior.

"I placed a $750 order and instructed them not to charge account until order was complete for shipment.

P.A. changed my order to omit the items not instock. They did this without my knowledge and charged my account. Then they sent be an e-mail about the change.

They told me that this is what most customers want done.

The back order items were again backorder again and again one week at a time. They promise to have items to be in stock when none were expected.

The 850 Combo comes all 3 part together from the factory together. Gun, scope and compensator. They wanted to ship gun and later compensator as back order.

Trust is not to be expected from P.A. Once the trust is gone, it is not possible to do future business.

I was surprized to find that others had the same situations with P.A.

"I ordered the IZH Drozd BB Pistol CO2 Full-Auto! 3-6 round bursts!, caliber - 0.177. I received this product defective from this company. It would not shoot in the bursts properly. I would select 3 shot burst, or 6 shot burst, and it would shoot 1, 2, or maybe 3 in the 6 shot. Bottom line, the gun was defective. I returned it and "forgot" to put it in the original box. They charged me $80.00 and told me that was because the gun was NOT defective and the original packaging was missing. They offered no further compensation. Do not buy from this company. Very poor company. They offered no help when I complained. As far as I'm concerned, Pyramyd Air has stolen $80.00 out of my wallet, and I would sue them but It's not worth the headache over such a small amount. They are pathetic."

"I generally use Pyramyd Air (not to be confused with Pyramid Airsoft) for a drop shipping company. They ship within two business days and provide a Fedex tracking number. Their shipping prices are fair. My one complaint is they will sometimes list an item on their website as on backorder and will give an expected date the item will be in stock again. It has been my experience however that they simply keep extending the date over and over. This is unacceptable when a buyer is waiting for an item. Lesson learned. Don't expect items on backorder to be in stock anytime soon.

I have used Pyramyd Air a few times to purchase items for myself and had no problems. I've only had to deal with customer service over the phone one time and it was regarding my first order placed with them. It's been more than five years ago so I don't remember the particulars, but customer service called me to verify something and the woman on the phone actually asked my age. She said I sounded about 12. I found this offensive at the time and still today I think she acted unprofessionally. This was one experience with one customer service rep. I won't hold the entire company accountable for that little mistake. I will continue to buy there and utilize their wholesale program.

"Truly the worst experience dealing with an online company I have ever had. For an organization that states "complete customer satisfaction", they fail miserably. Their web site is extremely inaccurate on stock and delivery times. The sales rep that handled my orders ($1594.00) did not know the product line at all and recommended a rifle, scope, and mounts that were incompatible. Their technicians seem to be incompetent as well, installed a scope mount backwards. Their QC/shipping department does not inspect product before it ships and shipped damaged goods. They shipped the wrong product; what they had in stock, not what I ordered. Their RMA process is seriously flawed; delayed shipping replacement product two weeks and never replaced a rifle that arrived damaged. Heaven help you if you require a refund; I was promised that the chargeback had been processed several times over the period of two months and finally had to stop payment with the credit card company. When advised of the problems, the customer service rep and service manager that I dealt with were extremely pleasant and promised me that this was an isolated incident. Lots of nice talk but the problems were never resolved and I was absolutely lied to on multiple occasions. Save yourself a lot of time, headaches, and ultimately quite a bit of money, shop with another company."

"Pyramyd Air service is horrible. Takes them at least 3 business days just to change order status from received to ready for shipping. Then another 2-3 days at least from ready for shipping to shipping. Then wait another 5 days for the shipping. So prepare to order at the start of the month and may or may not receive the correct order at the end of the month.

When I called to check order status, the girl on the phone was like, "you know, we received over 300 orders the same day you ordered". That's not my problem how many orders you receive the same day, if you can't live up to the order quantity, expand your facility or work over time. Amazon handles thousands of orders a day and always ship on time.

Takes hours for someone to answer the phone and their atitude is very un-professional.
I won't buy from them unless really necessary.

"I ordered a Leapers scope from these guys. After finally getting the product 10 days later (I live in the same state no less), Lo and behold, they send me some POS airsoft rifle that I didn't order!!!!!! No scope!!!!! So I call them back and they say return the airsoft that I didn't order, that they would send me a FEDEX label to ship it back for free. They never sent me the label, even after I repeatedly called them back asking for it. I practiacally BEGGED them for it. So, I had to pay $30 (half the cost of the damn order in the first place) to ship THEIR MISTAKE back to them. I will NEVER do business with these incompetent fools ever again. "

"Ordering from Pyramyd has always been smooth and painless. I've read quite a few horror stories on various forums but have never experienced anything short of stellar...until my last 2 orders. My first one was an overnight order for my brother's deployment gift overseas. That order never made it the next morning (I placed the order hours before the cutoff time). A rep apologized and had the order immediately shipped the next day. Well, it was a day too late. I ended up driving more than 30 miles to a local retailer and bought one from them for my brother.

I called them back when it arrived to return the rifle. I figured I'd just exchange it for something I could use and the rep mentioned that as soon as the return slip is trackable, they'll immediately ship my replacement order out for next day delivery, and refund the difference (if any). As soon as I was able to track the slip, I gave them a call and provided my replacement order for next day air AM. The replacement was also cost a little less than my first order.

The next morning I went to check the status of the order and couldn't find any updates on shipping. I called, and the rep said "looks like it didn't make it out." He then apologized and said it would be out that day. It did ship out that day, but I have yet to see any refunds from my first order, nor any shipping refunds for the delayed order. Needless to say, I'm never spending another dime at Pyramyd Air.

When there's a setback with an order they don't seem to care and the issue ends up getting needlessly escalated when just a few extra minutes of time and attention to detail would have stopped the setback in its tracks.

Their prices aren't very competitive - the coupons they readily provide is what makes the prices almost comparable to other retailers. The only reason I used to exclusively order from them was for the quick shipping.

For those who continue to have good experiences, enjoy it while you can. Once it hits the fan it hits hard.

"I ordered the cx4 storm from then. About a few days later I had a chance to shoot it. It worked great for the first 100 or so shots then blew CO2 out of the trigger guard.

With in 2 hours of calling them I had a pre-paid fed-ex return sheet. It took only two days to get back to them, and I had a new one in only a few days.

I plan to have them handle all of my airgun needs.

"I bought the HFC M92 M190 GBB Full Metal CO2 version from Pyramyd Air using the 10% off Father's Day code.
I found their prices to be rather competitive and was a bit skeptical of them because many cheap online retailers end up ripping you off. I consulted resellerratings and found mixed reviews on Pyramyd Air. Since they were located in my state and shipping was going to be very fast, I decided to go with them.
I hoped that they would not rip me off with a broken gun. 3 of my previous guns all bought from shortyusa had broken in months of normal use. This is because their guns use cheap plastic parts and all of the friction from cocking each gun every time and the plastic broke. I checked shorty's site and this same gun was $199.99. I found mine on Pyramyd for just over $110.

I placed the order on Saturday night and on Monday morning I received the shipping e-mail. The package was delivered

"I am very satisfied with this order that I placed via their website and my previous order that was placed by phone. It is a lot more easier to order via their website than by phone because the wait time to get a salesperson is long. But after I was able to talk to a person, everything went smoothly. As for the website ordering, just as long you have done your research and know what you want and just as long they have it listed in stock there is no problems. There was a few items that I wanted that they didn't have in stock but that was okay. Shipping was fast but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't send an order invoice via email. I even asked the salesperson to make sure that I would get a confirming email that would include my order invoice and he said he would. No email did ever get to me but you are able to track your order and see a shipping invoice on their website with your order number and zip code. I got all my items for both orders with no problems, issues, or discrepancies. That's how I like it!"

"Ordering and the intital shipping were pain free and prices were reasonably low on most items. However I was sent an pneumatic airgun that did not hold air and they did not honor their buy 3 tins of pellets and get one free offer. I called them and was told they had no way of verifying that I did not recieve the free tin of pellets and that I could either pay the shipping to send the nonfunctioning airgun to the manufacturer under the warrenty or pay the shipping to send it back to pyramyd air so that they too could send it back to the manufacturer. I may have just been unlucky that I received a faulty product and had a packer who did not honor the free tin of pellets but I will not be purchasing from this company again."
