"After I submitted the review below, I was provided 6 replacement umbrellas. I did NOT request any reimbursement of any kind. I just wanted to let the company know what happened.
The 6 replacement umbrellas where shipped in great condition. The packaging was great. I inspected each umbrella and all looked good!
I was also impressed with how soon I received the replacement umbrellas. The entire customer service experience from the very start to now was very professional.

The UPS box containing the umbrellas was somewhat damaged. I submitted images of the damage.
2 umbrellas have the image/logo on only one panel instead of all 4 panels. I submitted an image showing this issue.
1 umbrella had the tip damaged. Just scraped up a little bit. Probably was one that had the tip facing the end of the damaged UPS box with the opening in it. A few others were less scuffed.

"Ordering was easy, and Nick was AwesomeBUT.... I ordered water bottles for the church 68th Anniversary that is on September 18, 2022(I ordered them in July). As we began to fill the gift bags putting the caps on the bottles, the caps are hard to put on, and the lettering is coming off the bottles. I would not recommend this product.
I've sent a email hoping they can help before Sunday.
Update: this company was amazing they made new bottles and sent them to me Friday. I had time to exchange them out. No one never knew that I had a issue.
