"I was looking to customize a small lot of water bottles for a retreat group. It was easy to insert our graphic on a couple of bottles being considered, and they were quick with a mock up and quote. Once we placed the order, they were great about communicating throughout the process. Our water bottles arrived and the graphic looks great! It is a very nice stainless bottle too. "Our campus needed to cancel an order with a competitor due to the lack of customer service. I called and spoke with someone, who understood the situation we were and received a Quote same day. The CSR also sent my sales person an email to alert them of the rush order... needless to say, the custom shirts arrived on time and we were able to move forward with out event without a hitch.
