"As a last minute thing - we decided to attend a conference in Virginia (my company is in California). I was referred to Quality Logo Products by colleague of mine - so I placed an order for two custom branded Table Skirts, and 500 custom branded Cinch Bags as freebies for the show attendees. After submitting the order - I was assigned a customer rep who basically took care of everything for me from there. Nick Mule was fantastic. He helped to make sure that my order was correct (correct colors, quantity, etc.). He made sure that the logo artwork I submitted was correct and provided me with proof images of the final printed items and helped me through the approval process. It was a cinch. We had some complicated shipping requirements because the show was in another state and we needed to ship the items directly to the conference hall. Nick took care of all of that for us. And then to top it off - the turnaround for out custom branded items was lightning fast - as well as the shipping. I couldn't be more satisfied and will for sure be using their services again.
