"These guys rock. By the way, we had been using 4imprint specifically for blankets. I actually argued we should not with our last order and that we should use you guys. Turns out I was right. First, they sent us blankets without the logos even printed on them. Just plain blue blankets. Then after notifying them, on 5 pm a few days later I'm sent an email saying they were coming to take them back and get them printed on. The problem was before I spotted the missing logo, I had mailed a box to a conference in Florida, and I told her to wait until I got it back. They came anyway! I ended up just giving them what was left. Meanwhile, through all this, customer service was very poor as you might already be able to tell. I was told they'd make up for the missing blankets, and they'd arrive the following wednesday and another batch on Friday. They never came. A month later I realized I totally forgot they were supposed to have come. So I emailed them again, get an apology, an excuse about why they weren't sent. And finally they were sent. Great. But get this. The second blanket I open has two corners sewn together. I don't even know what else could be wrong in there. These guys have never made one single mistake, your products reflect your company's name well, as they are QUALITY and also affordable. Always get here lightning quick. I'm now managing all the merchandise we have, and I will never order merchandise from anyone but you guys again!"
