"I'm a Treasurer of a non-profit organization and ordered stress reliever, soccer balls with a slogan
on them to use as a "freebie" at a local fundraising soccer game. I was a little apprehensive ordering online from a company I never heard of, but the local company in our town was not able to fulfill the request within the time frame. As I checked in Quality Logo Products I was contacted by one of their service representatives to handle any questions I may have had. I was very clear that I needed them "in hand" by game night, otherwise they were useless. The stress balls did not arrive until 2 days after I needed them.I was very disappointed, since my organization put this task on me. I had the direct contact information for the service/sales rep at Quality Logo and emailed him about the problem. He was very compassionate and told me he would look into the delivery issue. It took a few days for UPS to get back to him, it was an error on their end. The Sales Rep contacted me and told me Quality Logo would credit my order by 20% for the delivery error. Within a day I had a credit email from him. Although the balls weren't received on time, they were helping me out with the issue. I will be handing the balls out tomorrow night at the second game of this fundraiser and can't wait to share this great product with the students and community members. Will use Quality Logo again!"

"I had an event where I needed 50 coolers printed within 3 weeks. I received the order a week 1/2 early which was great except the items were misprinted. I contacted QLP and they had replacement bags to me within 4 days of discovering the problem. My event went off without a hitch and everyone seemed to like the coolers."
