"The bags themselves are great - convenient, roll up amazingly, great color, seem like they can handle a lot of punishment. We are using these for college recruiting events, and they're popular because they can stow away as easy as they can be used. The printing on them from QLP is --amazing-- and the service I received from the staff there (Leo & Candace, what up!) has been stellar. The only thing that wasn't --perfect-- about this transaction is that the holding baggie on some of the bags slipped off during transit and there was a little "assembly required" once they arrived to me. But that was an easy fix! They shipped fast from the warehouse and everything was perfectly on-time. 10/10 will use QLP again and will order more of these bags in the future as we need them."

The thing that I really love about this product is that I know it will be useful to my clients, and is something that will not be thrown away. I could put my logo on several other kinds of items -- business cards, even lip balms -- which may stay in someone's possession for a short while. "I am very pleased with the overall purchase. The balls came in at expected times, so the shipping was prompt. The stress balls we ordered looked great, so no complaints there. Communication was blurred, though. I was first speaking with another representative when communication was crossed. I wanted to stick with the first sales rep because he knew what I wanted, but both thought it was best to hand me over to another rep. I had asked for silver writing several times, but that did not transfer over to the new sales rep. I did sign off on the order confirmation, but I didn't realize I was signing off on the color of our imprint too. In the corner of the confirmation with small letters was the color of the imprint, and I didn't even realize it was there. I think it would be best that they make a separate page listing the information to avoid confusion. Other then that, I was pleased with my order. The baseballs were passed out to a baseball team our company sponsors, and the kids and adults loved them! "
