My order had a custom logo and graphics. The customer service was very attentive and friendly and kept me up to date on the entire process. Even the graphics department was great to deal with. In fact, when I received the final proof for final approval, I rejected it. I received revisions within 30 minutes later and was able to give my final approval. From the time I made my initial contact to Quality Logo Products to the time my entire order was placed and approved was half a day. The mood changing cups were a crowd pleaser at my event and seem to be of good quality.
