"Our school organization has order items from Quality Logo Products in the past and have been satisfied. We recently ordered water bottle of the students in our Elementary School. There were long delays all summer, and we were finally forced to order an alternative product. The product arrived and upon filling one of the water bottles it was found to leak easily. We then tested all 100 bottles finding that 40 of them leaked easily. We contact quality logo products and have been trying to resolve the issue. We have been repeatedly referred to the manufacturing company. One email states that the manufacturer describes the water bottle are leak resistant not leak proof. Yet QLP site doesn't note any such difference. W have asked for QLP to please give us a workable solution as water bottles really shouldn't leak. We are now being asked to send the manufacturer some of the water bottles for testing. We are not looking to deal with the manufacturer, as they are not whom we purchased the items from. We are not satisfied, even thought QLP states a satisfaction guarantee. I really feel like this company is not representing the product the way they should, and are not willing to correct this issue in a timely manor."

"These color changing pencils are AWESOME!! Our patients are so excited about them! When they first arrived, I was concerned that they had sent us the wrong pencils. They were not changing colors. Then I realized that they had just come off a delivery truck in Texas in August and they were so hot they had all already changed colors. After placing them in the refrigerator for a few minutes to cool them down, they went back to their original color.
