I am a Marketing Manager for a smaller healthcare consulting firm in Central Pennsylvania. We have satellite offices in Georgia and South Carolina, so every decision travels to three offices before it's finalized. The consultant that first initiated contact, Stacy, was amazing. She was courteous, patient, and thorough. I really enjoyed working with her.

I went to the "chat" feature on the website, fully expecting to explain my situation to someone else - but instead, I got "Oh, I see you've been working with us already, let me get your consultant, Stacy for you." She came right onto the chat, and picked up right where our email/phone calls left off. My first reaction was just like those credit card commercials where the callers are genuinely thrown off guard speaking to a real person. I was shocked, surprised, then relieved.

Stacy worked with me through multiple changes and revisions to our art work and never once gave me any feeling of impatience. I truly think that Quality Logo Products nailed it with customer service. Well done!

We ordered the Aztec spoon mugs. At first, they looked great. The logos had no smears. Red and blue spoon-mugs were very popular at my school fundraiser. However, upon examination, one mug had a broken handle during shipment. A spoon had a broken handle. Another mug was chipped. These mugs are very fragile. One set of blue spoons were the wrong blue color. We wish they were more durable. Also, although it clearly tells you 10 oz., if you don't know what that means, the mug is smaller than the photo looks.

I'm somewhat curious about "This item is not available for delivery in CA due to Proposition 65." which I read after I ordered (I am in CA)."
