"We ordered nearly a thousand of the Renegade pencils to give to our students as Valentine's Day gifts. I indicated on the order form that I wanted blue pencils with a red school logo, but noted that if that wasn't going to show up well, that a white logo would be preferred. The proof they send is digital and flat, so it doesn't account for the fact that the pencil barrel is translucent. Shipment and promised date-of-receipt were spot on. When the pencils arrived, I was really disappointed that the red logo did not show up well, but we were on a time crunch and so I went with it. When Kevin asked for feedback, I told him that I was disappointed the printers didn't know better and didn't make the decision to print in white knowing it would just look better. Minus one star here. Kevin asked for a picture, and when he received it, he was apologetic and gave us a 25% partial refund, which was very nice.
The pencils themselves are good quality as far as the pencil lead is concerned. Students have raved about the smoothness when writing with it. However, they have also complained that the eraser cap is difficult to remove and that the erasers "****." (Their exact middle school word...) These issues warrant removal of a second star."

"I was pressed for time and did not want to spend a lot for a business meeting giveaway. Googled and found Quality Logo Products. Browsed the offerings and found exactly what I was looking for on the website. Sent an email to customer service to get the order going cuz online is not really my thing and Nick responded ---within the hour. He was extremely helpful and solved what I needed. "I ordered stress balls and unfortunately the writing started coming off right away. I talked to them though and they were great to work with and corrected the problem right away. I just got the new balls so we will see if the words stay on. I do appreciate all they did to resolve the problem and would probably order in the future with them. "
