"Ordered a Yz545 zboost cell phone amplifier. I tried the unit 2 different days with the same results. It was not performing to my expectations. The unit did improve the signal slightly at times, but would not give me the amplification I needed. I talked to Quantums tech support person and he made possible reccommendations of different units that may perform better. I was sent a return goods form which I filled out and submitted and now patiently waiting for comformation to return the unit, so I can exchange it for another unit."

"Item shipped quickly good company to deal with low prices. The only thing I would change is notifying customer on their website with a popup that they are closed over passover. I got very scared when I could not get anyone by phone or email or chat after I paid for my product. Other than that one thing very good company to deal with. "

"I ordered Novatel 2352 from them. I gave it 8 days to get to me. It never got to me, the tracking # was never activated. USPS tracking showed it was never shipped.
I called them up, got voice mail which produced no response. I then emailed them and got no response so I notified ebay who then opened a case.
I then got an immediate response by phone despite the fact that ebay policy is not to give the buyers # to the seller.
Where did they get my # from?? From my voice mail of course that they had not bothered to reply to.
The gist of that conversation was that it had been lost in the mail and they would now ship one to me overnight.

I flatly refused to accept this as they had already been notified by ebay that I had requested a full refund.
One week later I am still waiting for that refund and will have to rely on ebay to get it for me.
Whilst all this fuss was going on I had to find another source for this MiFi. I found an alternative source with the same unit,
unlocked for $35 less. At the time of my original order I was not aware (nor did their description tell you) that their units were locked disguising that fact by stating "for Europe (AT&T)
Without unlocking I could not have used a Sim Card from a Euro company but they are not telling people that. So either they don't know enough about their products or they choose to mislead people.
Meanwhile I still await my refund."

"I am quite satisfied with the product. US Postal Service tracking was slow but that is not part of the Company's control, however an alternative shipping option might be a good consideration. Customer service over the telephone was very good. There was no problems getting the the item the same week as it was ordered. I will recommend this Company to friends."

"received the unit on time delivery. well packed and very complete instruction. easy setup and got started right away. unit enhanced signal quality from -86 to about -68 instantly. i had bought the unit to boost my mifi 2200 and it did that well. internet speed went from 50 to 80 kbps to 230 to 500 kbps. i know that is subjective but this area suffers from a real drain on bandwith, so many people in this area have no other option but to use aircards and i have gained a great deal over my normal connection speed. cell phones are clearer and no dropped signal.
