"I bought an “open box” iMac that was actually refurbished. It worked well for a few months and then it started shutting down randomly.
I sent it back for them to repair but they said they couldn’t confirm the problem and sent it back to me. The same issues keep happening so I sent it back to them and once again they told me they couldn’t confirm the issue and sent it back to me.
I spent $1400 on an imac that is barely functional. I wish I would’ve just wished it a few hundred more dollars for a new iMac. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!"
