"I placed an order from the Radford Bros catalog on 11/15/2010. They responded immediately with a confirmation. By 12/1/10 I had not received my order or any infromation on the shipment. I emailed them and they responded by letting me know that they had discontinued that item and that they would start the refund process. On January 31, two months later, I had not received my refund. I sent them a message and they told me they would process it the next day. It is May and I have still not received my money. I left them phone calls and emails but they will not respond. I have treated them respectfully, have followed their instructions by responding their CRM email and left the appropriate infromation on their voicemail. I give up!.....I'm sorry but no alternate was offered in fact your email says there is no alternate. I can send it to you if you want."

"DO NOT BUY FROM RADFORD BROS.(www.radfordbrothers.com) !!! FRAUD! They charge your credit card immediately, but never ship product. They don't respond to phone calls ***-***-****--they only have outgoing voice message), they don't respond to e-mails, they don't respond to online inquiries. If you already ordered from them, document your situation, and contact credit card company and refute charges immediately!"

"Horrible customer service!! I ordered my product on 4/13/10. Wrote a ticket on 4/15/10 asking about when my product would ship, I received no response.On 4/18/10 I simply received a reply to my ticket that said "canceled". I don't know if my order was canceled or not and if so when I am getting a refund. I have left countless of emails and voice messages and still have not heard back from them. I do not recommend them at all!!!! "

"Item ordered 1/13/10. After 3-4 weeks checked on order, was told "...item is discontinued and the stock on hand must have been incorrect in our system." I declined the suggested alternate but did order another similar, more expensive item. It shipped relitively quickly. On 2/15/10 Radford stated "refund is in progress. It takes 1 billing cycle of your credit card to see the refund for your purchase onn your credit card statement. Please allow minimum of 10 days to see transaction request and refund can take as long as 30 days..." On 3/30/10 I inquired about the expected refund with no reply. Now it is 4/5/10 and have yet to see a refund or reply from "customer service". Doubt we will be doing additional business here unless corrected soon.

Credit issued 4/14/10. Issue resolved.

"Ordered item January 30th. Order went through and credit card was charged with item shown as out of stock. After noticing item was out of stock, immediately emailed (Ticket #7611190) questioning availability of item shown as out of stock. No response. Almost 3 weeks later, on February 19th, I emailed (Ticket #8401499) cancelling order. No response. Almost 4 weeks later, on March 16th, emailed again (Ticket #6388878) stating order cancellation and asking for refund. No response. Web site says my status is "Closed". Still no response and no refund as of noon EDT March 23rd.

As of 11:00pm EDT March 26th, credit card was refunded.

"Difficult time with this company, ordered a barebone laptop, could not get a reply by mail or phone as to status of order for over a week....Eventually got through by phone, the fella didn't want to be bothered and told me he would have to check on my order...Finally I was told he couldn't get the item, even though the website showed five in stock, but would try to get something similar...That didn't pan out and I never heard another word, just notice of refund in my email...Of which I saved all corespondence in case it was needed..Had my cc number changed this transacation left such a bad taste in my mouth.."

"Ordered expedited shipping with product, product has not shipped for 6 days. I have left multiple emails, phone calls, and report ticket, with no response at all.

Very, very unreliable and possibly fraudulent company.

"Ordered this on June 8, 2009 and it was out of stock. Have asked for refund many times. February 6, 2010 and all I ever get is a run-round and no refund.

Their response was that I should submit a ticket. I did submit a ticket and numerous requests on that ticket. Now they no longer respond to emails on that ticket. Have started filing with other sites about how they operate, maybe that will get some action.

The last I heard from them was on 10/7/2009 and was told that they was verify that item was discontinued and would refund. This response was on the ticket that was dated 8/27/2009. As of 2/26/2010 there has been nothing from them.

Beware of companies that take your money first instead of waiting until they ship.

My unwarranted postings (as they call them) since my refund hasn't been sent. It has been twenty days since they said they would see if I really deserved a refund. If you take money for a product or a service and don't deliver, how can you keep that money? I've tried using your confusing refund methods and if I made a mistake I'm sorry. But, how can you call my postings unwarranted?

"Ordered in early May. They sent an email saying they could not fulfill quickly and gave option to decline and refund, which I requested. 1 1/2 months of hearing nothing and not having money refunded later I requested status. 11 days later finally got an email response saying a ship confirm would come the next day. It didn't. Poor customer service and unfavorable terms and conditions. "

"I ordered a toilet bowl from Radford Bros; they said they had it in stock, and charged it to my Visa card. After 12 days when I called them because it had not been delivered, they said they would check and call me back, but did not do so. Two days later I called them again and they said they did not have it. They refunded my money - but because they'd said they had it I'd bought a matching tank from another dealer, so now I am stuck with a tank and no bowl. I do not recommend this company.

"They advertised a very good price on some tools that I was interested in, but cancelled my order of those tools shortly after I placed it. I was pretty disappointed, but they refunded my credit card payment with no hassles."
