"My radiator arrived damaged, defective, or something like that. Unfortunately, the unworkable state of the radiator only became apparent after it was installed. I reached out to customer service immediately. Within a few days, I had gotten a refund for the radiator and the shipping cost. Radiator Express spared me the inconvenience of shipping the broken radiator back and gave me permission to dispose of it, and I dropped it off in a place that can do that properly. Within about another week, Radiator Express had agreed to cut me a check for part of the cost of having the non-functional radiator installed."

"What started out to be a great customer experience, turned into a shipment which never shipped according to UPS tracking. The radiator I ordered on a Friday after speaking with Mike in NJ Sales, was expected to deliver by the following Wednesday. When I checked the UPS tracking over the weekend and again on Monday, it showed it hadn't shipped. I contacted customer service and a girl took my info and said someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime, my truck was sitting idle. On Tuesday, I called again and someone else took my info and said 24 to 48 hours. He tried to push an email through to the sales department. ,about an hour later, I got frustrated and called again. This time I got Mike, who I originally ordered the radiator through. He was extremely helpful. He gave me his contact number and said he would investigate why the item had not shipped. He also ordered another radiator for me and got it in its way. He later contacted me with the new shipping info and also that UPS had dropped the ball in the first shipment. The radiator he ordered for me on Tuesday was here on Wednesday. The original order arrived on Thursday and will be on its way back. Thanks Mike for going the extra distance and getting this resolved.

"We ordered the Radiator on line from Little Rock, AR (which is four hours from us) on Saturday and it was delivered to Springdale, AR Friday night. We could have driven to Little Rock and picked it up if it was to take that long to deliver it. Once we got we spent several hours fabricating brackets to get it to fit. The Radiator quality is very nice but the experience was not. Also the value was excellent."

Got an email saying contact customer service so I did, the man I was speaking with was accusing me of fraud because I paid with my card and had the part delivered to my boyfriend's house in another state (I live right on the border). The man then goes on to accuse me of lying. Will not order from this site again just to avoid their customer service department. "
