"It was easy to find a part for my jeep cherokee. I not only found the stock unit, but 3 all aluminum upgrades. I opted for a 2 row all aluminum which ended up fitting nicely and now my Jeep runs cooler.

"I called to order a radiator for my Pacifica and the sale guys I talked to was so rude I asked him is this the award winning service like on the recording? And be hung up on me. I then called customer service who said like she had something stuck her throat and was very rude too. This company can go F&$k Themself. Pay a $15 handlers fee to pick it up at there store. Why even call it a store I don’t walk in to auto zone and the charge me for picking up a part. Who ever ownes this company should maybe get some pointers from I don’t know autozone pepBoys hell maybe even someone off Craigslist cause one of these people are going to get my money today not Radiator Express. "I would give them a 0 * if i could . order placed on Oct 16. Paid for 2 day shipping ( extra) Was told it would ship out of CA. I told the lady (Kim) i needed it by Wednesday , no if,and, or but... Explained I race baja jeep. made no question about having it in my hand Wednesday oct 18. fast forward to today... 22nd still no radiator... even called them tuesday when i noticed shipping deliver day was wrong and gave them chance to resend order overnight as it was their mistake.. not only are they not reliable, but unreachable to solve this issue which has cost me thousands. "
"Just like the other reviewers...if the radiator needs to be returned, no one answers the customer service extension and they don't return emails. They are quick to take money, just not good about addressing refunds. And quite frankly, unless you're doing the install yourself, it's cheaper more efficient to pay the shop a few extra more dollars because then at least you'll have installation costs covered with (in my case) very much outweighs the few bucks saved on the cost of the part.

"Radiator arrived in 1 day as mentioned. All was good until the install. Quick connect fittings leaked terribly... Had to buy another one locally.
Now came time to do a return. Was told company they bought from was not responding? HUH? Three weeks of little or no response and they tell me to ship to a local supply store at my dime. I called the store they wanted it shipped back to and they have no clue about any of this. It is like a dropship scam! If there are any problems they just do not answer phones or emails. Horrible company. Run fast. I am filing a claim with my CC company to get my money back"
"Been trying to get response to send back and radiator for the last 3 weeks this is the worst customer service I've ever been involved with. If any company going to treat customers like this they need to shut down. You can never speak to a supervisor they will not respond back in 24-48 hours 72 hours it takes him forever to respond back and you can never speak to a supervisor. Worst business ever"
"They said the item was in stock so I ordered it. Then they immediately sent me an email saying it was out of stock and that a employee would soon get ahold of me to discuss further options and they didn't. So 4 days later I emailed asking when I would get my product and they replied saying "NO LONGER ON BACKORDER SHIPPING 03/15/2016. THANKS!!" . So I was okay with that. Then I got a confirmation that it actually sent two days after the person said it actually shipped. What a joke."

I of course believe the story as Radiator Express has been nothing but top notch.
After looking in detail, i see big companies like Best Buy etc with terrible ratings... this is just a place for bad comments to sit and good ones to go missing... We'll see if this one even stays active!

"They are very quick to chat and tell you whatever it takes for you to order from them. Just try getting in touch with them after they have your money! No response to emails other then the auto-send telling you to include your full name and order number. That just confirms that they never bother to open the email.
Don't know how they can run a company and not know when they fill an order or ship an order for >24hours! They need to stop using carrier pigeons for their communications in the shipping department "
